January 13, 2000: Federal authorities reopen investigation into 1964 lynching of Charles Moore and Henry Dee

The case was reopened after the Clarion-Ledger revealed that the killings might have taken place on federal property. The paper also revealed that FBI documents in the case had not been destroyed as agents previously said.
